Lewis and Clark® Spirits

Utilizing our unique resources, the Lewis and Clark premium line provides a local and line-priced quality vodka, gin, rum and whiskey.  With a new hybrid still at Clear Creek Distillery in Hood River, OR., along with our copper pot stills at Captive Spirits in Seattle, WA., we have taken the opportunity to create Hood River Distillers’ next phase of Pacific Northwest produced products.

Lewis and Clark Northwest Vodka

Our vodka is distilled in a hybrid still and passes through 47 rectifying chambers. The result is noticeable minerality, with flavors of oily nuts and brine, and a crisp drying smell of a very cold morning.

Lewis and Clark Northwest Gin

Copper pot distilled in a London Dry style from juniper, coriander, angelica, cassia and orris, Lewis and Clark Northwest Gin is juniper forward with bright flavors of lemon, spirit and spice.

Lewis and Clark NORTHWEST BOURBON

Our newest expression, Northwest Bourbon, is a blended bourbon whiskey containing four-year-old straight bourbon whiskey distilled in Kentucky, that we finish with Oregon Oak right here in the Pacific Northwest.

LEWIS and clark blended canadian whisky

Distilled in Canada and bottled in Oregon, Lewis and Clark Blended Canadian Whisky is a four-year-old whisky that is blended with glacier-fed spring water from Mt. Hood. It offers notes of vanilla, brown sugar, and black tea.

Lewis and Clark Silver Rum

A charcoal filtered Virgin Islands silver rum, produced in the Northwest. It has flavors of cocoa nib, peppercorn and pound cake. This charcoal filtered rum is a great base for a rum and coke and tiki drink offerings.

Northwest Gin & Tonic    

Ingredients:

2 oz Lewis and Clark Northwest Gin
Premium Tonic Water

Directions:

Pour gin over ice in a rocks glass.  Fill with tonic water and garnish with a lime.
